"The most powerful metabolic drug in your body isn't in a pharmacy. It's already inside you."
Sound familiar?
You've done everything they told you to do.
And it still isn't working.
You've cut carbs. Counted calories. Tried the diets, taken the medication, tracked the macros. And yet here you are — still managing your blood sugar, still exhausted, still feeling like your body is working against you.
What if it's not you? What if nobody ever explained how your metabolic system actually works?
You might recognize yourself here:
- You have type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, or insulin resistance — and you're scared about what comes next.
- You're on medication and quietly wondering if there's another way.
- You keep hearing about Ozempic everywhere and don't know if that's your only option.
- You eat reasonably well but nothing seems to move the needle.
- You're exhausted by restriction — and ready for an approach that actually makes sense.
There is a different way. And it starts with understanding what your body is actually trying to do all along.
The science
Meet GLP-1 — the hormone
your body already makes
You've heard of Ozempic. You've heard of semaglutide. What you may not know is that these drugs work by mimicking a hormone your body produces naturally — glucagon-like peptide-1, or GLP-1.
GLP-1 regulates your blood sugar, slows digestion, signals fullness, protects your beta cells, and even has neuroprotective effects in the brain. It is one of the most powerful metabolic hormones in your body.
In people with type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance, its function is impaired — not because your body gave up, but because modern life is actively working against it.
Ultra-processed foods disrupt the gut microbiome that produces GLP-1 signals. Chronic stress and poor sleep directly reduce GLP-1 availability. Low-fiber diets starve the bacteria that trigger GLP-1 release. And a high-stress environment makes every healthy choice harder to sustain.
The good news? Every single one of these is changeable. And that's exactly what this challenge is about.
In 5 days, you'll learn — from a physician with 25 years in medicine, board-certified in lifestyle medicine — how to support, protect, and enhance your body's own GLP-1 system. No shots. No restriction. No suffering.
The 5-day journey
What we cover together
Every morning at 8:30 AM ET, we meet live for 30 minutes. Each day builds on the last, giving you both the science and the practical tools to start shifting your metabolic environment immediately.
The GLP-1 System & Nervous System Regulation
We start with your biology — what GLP-1 actually is, where it's made, what triggers it, and what's suppressing it. You'll also learn why your nervous system is the gatekeeper of your metabolic health, and why chronic stress isn't just an emotional problem — it's a blood sugar problem. Leave Day 1 understanding your body in a way nobody has ever taken the time to explain.
Movement Is Medicine
Movement builds GLP-1 sensitivity — but it doesn't have to be intense or punishing to work. We'll look at what the research actually shows, including something as simple as a walk after a meal, and how to engineer joyful, sustainable movement into your day in a way that feels good and actually works.
Vegetables First / The Joyful Plate
Food as medicine — not restriction. We go deep on the foods that feed your gut microbiome and trigger GLP-1 release, and we build the Joyful Plate framework together. No counting. No tracking. Just the right foods, why they work, and how to make them delicious — honoring the cultural foods you love.
Your Environment
Your environment is making choices before you do. We'll look at your three environments — your physical home, the world outside, and your internal landscape — and identify where one shift could change everything. Sustainable metabolic health isn't about willpower. It's about design.
Restorative Sleep
Sleep is where everything else consolidates. GLP-1 follows a circadian rhythm — disrupt your sleep and you disrupt the whole system. The capstone day brings the full SAVOR framework together and shows you how to design a sleep environment that lets your body do what it was built to do.

Your guide
Jennifer Davis, MD, FAAP, DipABLM
Over 25 years in pediatric medicine, I watched metabolic disease quietly reshape children's health — extending hospital stays, complicating recoveries, showing up in places it never used to. And I watched their parents get sent home with a prescription and no real explanation of what was driving it, or that these conditions are actually reversible when addressed properly.
Outside the hospital, I watched friends suffer the downstream consequences of metabolic disease — fatigue, medications, complications — while being given advice that kept them stuck. Low-fat this. Cut that out. Here's another prescription.
I had the knowledge of what food and lifestyle can actually do. And I was increasingly frustrated that nobody was telling people the truth: that the body has a remarkable capacity to heal when we give it what it actually needs.
That frustration is why I built this challenge.
My approach isn't about elimination or restriction. It's about nourishment — and understanding your own biology well enough to make choices that feel good and actually work. I'm not here to give you another diet. I'm here to give you the information you should have had years ago.

Questions
Good questions deserve
straight answers
Do I need to be plant-based?
Not at all. This challenge is for everyone. You will learn the best foods to add to your diet to support your natural GLP-1 system. The program meets you exactly where you are. Just show up ready to learn.
What if I can't make every live call?
Every session is recorded and available to all registered participants. Showing up live is encouraged, but life happens — and you won't miss the content.
I'm already on diabetes medication. Is this appropriate for me?
Yes — and it may be especially valuable. Nothing in this challenge asks you to change your medication. It helps you understand the lifestyle levers that can support your metabolic health alongside whatever your doctor has prescribed. Always discuss any changes with your physician.
Is this the same as taking a GLP-1 medication?
No — and that's actually the point. Prescription GLP-1 medications override your body's system with a synthetic signal. This challenge works with your biology, not around it. You'll learn the specific foods, habits, and practices that activate your body's own GLP-1 response. This is not medical advice or a substitute for working with your healthcare provider.
What makes this different from other programs?
Most programs tell you what to cut out. This one teaches you how your body actually works — grounded in lifestyle medicine, gut health science, and nervous system regulation. Dr. Jenn is a physician, not a wellness influencer. The difference shows.
Is there a refund policy?
Due to the live nature of this challenge and immediate access to the community, all sales are final. If you have questions before purchasing, please reach out directly.
